“Great place to stay in Little Rock! The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the unit was nicely stocked with plenty of towels and essentials to make our stay feel like home. The property owner was very attentive and checked on us after we checked in. We will definitely stay again when we visit Little Rock! ”

“I chose this property because it was close to work but not too close since the area around the Interstate is a bit sketchy. The apartment is the entire upstairs of an unremarkable building south of the trendy SoMa area. My host was responsive, the door code worked, and the decor was impressive. The appliances were new, the TV excellent, and the dining room table made a terrific desk. As with all short-stay homes, be aware of the fees! My final total was nearly double the initial quote.”

“Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! ”

“The property owner was VERY responsive, and it was a super cute property. I was in town for the Little Rock Marathon, and it was the perfect distance to the start line. Received all of the information we needed for check in a couple days before, and besides realizing I needed to really push to open the gate, it was very easy to find and get in. There was always street parking available nearby, and like I said, the property owner answered all of my questions very quickly. Loved the cute little……

“Exactly as described. Small cozy little one room apartment with the basics. Had a weeklong training in the area and this was a perfect option for the stay. I liked the location, next to a huge park which was fun to run through. Nice little quiet neighborhood too.”

“This place was centrally located and very close to everything I needed. The room had everything I needed as well and was very comfortable. There can be some noise from the road or if there are people above you, but it’s pretty easy to drown out. Would definitely stay again. ”
