“Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.”

“The property is ideal for relaxation but it is terribly designed and maintained. If some effort and pride is placed in it’s design and upkeep, it will be a better experience for its users.”

“Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. “Jag hade höga förväntningar inför min vistelse på detta hotell i Uganda, men tyvärr blev upplevelsen inte alls vad jag hade hoppats på.
