“Stayed for 3 nights in July. There were 5 of us. All our needs were met. Easy walk to the beach for us. Very quiet little neighborhood. Overall, probably the best spot we have stayed at while at Hampton Beach ! ”

The views of the ocean were amazing, the king bed was very comfortable and the walking distance to the beach and shopping were just a few minutes away. “The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“We stayed a week at Micah's place while visiting family in Hampton Beach. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was well stocked with supplies and there was planty of room for all guests. The decor was amazing and there were plany of games to entertained. Micah was great at responding to questions quickly. We loved this place so much, we've already booked for next year!”
