“This property is awesome. It was our second time here and it was just as great as the first time a few years ago. The depot has everything one would need. It is well appointed, clean and close to so many parks and nature preserves, which is what we love about the Guttenburg area.The depot has 3 TVs and soon, will have a 4th in the patio area. It has a washer and dryer, a well appointed kitchen, a large bathroom and two nice size bedrooms. Just a note, there is no dishwasher-not a problem for……

“This home was perfect for our group of seven adults. It was very close to everything in Dubuque we needed. It was clean and the finishes were nice. We were also pleasantly surprised at how much space there was for all of us to spread out. The spaces are even bigger than the photos make them seem.
