“The property is infested by mosquitoes, while the room seems quite clean. No room cleaning service during the 2-day stay. Room has basic furniture but are quite old. Close proximity to MRT and Seacon Mall.

“This is like old style Thai. Despite its appearance, it is comfortable and clean. Very relaxed. 1km walk to Rama Central. Cross the highway to Big C. Family business run by Mae (mum) at reception.”
“Hugely overpriced. The property has been allowed to reach a run down state. Because I took the key away with me during the day the room could not be cleaned. Looking at the furnishings I would say that this was once quite a nice hotel. Overall experience...disappointing. ”

Some of the amenity areas and the personal bathrooms are starting to get a little tired though, and need a bit more of a thorough clean. The included breakfast was quite low quality.
