“A hotel in a college area. It is old and has not been upgraded or remodeled in a very long time. I am happy to save $25 per night with outdated decor. The sheets and towels are clean. The floors are vacuumed. The showers have good water pressure and hot water. There is ZERO smell of mustiness in any room—something that would be a deal breaker for me.
