“The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. Miss Yang who works at the front desk was able to get one for me as I was late to my 20 years school reunion. Kind enough to take pictures for my friends and I when we came straight back to the hotel afterwards. Rooms are extremely clean. We had an amazing view from our room. My grandpa loved the hotel so much that we went back and stayed a couple of more nights . ”

“五星級酒店一定有指定的服務質素。 但我今次要特別讚一位大堂經理。名字叫Eric, 當我在最後一天退房時，行李特別多及忙亂時遇到他真是很好。 不但主動行過來幫我推行李，還很親切地幫我安排行李上到預訂的私家車上。 他的服務已經超越了他的工作範圍。 但是很主動及有禮貌協助我。當刻覺得非常感激。 還有我是住在4322房，執房姐姐也很好，很有禮貌，十分親切。我下次到長春一定再來住在長春凱悅酒店。 ”
