“We had a wonderful stay in Erfurt. As a group of 9, we required 3 rooms and Nancy and the rest of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by upgrading our rooms. My German isn’t very good (OK, it’s basically non existent), but Nancy was patient with my attempts and happy to explain things in English. Our visit coincided with the Erfurt Oktoberfest which was just down the road. We had a lot of fun at the festival. The hotel is across the street from the……

“We’re so disappointed that my room type doesn’t have air conditioners which not mentioned in hotel.com. Otherwise we absolutely won’t book it. And the room facilities are old and the beds lack of support. We’re not happy for this stay. ”
