“It's a very good base for walking in the area, though the lake is not as pretty as Titisee up the road. Parking was easy, luckily, but they also give you a pass while you're there and you can take the train wherever you want. If you have a dog, the facilities are good and they were very kind. There's a nice park just up the hill, great for early morning or late night walkies. Very convenient to a grocery store, an atm, and right across the street from the tourist information center! “We hebben genoten in deze accomodatie, de tradidionele kamer en badkamer waren zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was voldoende ruimte voor onze hond. Er is een restaurant aanwezig en hier kun je goed en lekker eten. Meerdere wandelmogelijkheden rondom het Hotel en je kunt alle kanten op met de auto. De eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk en tonen interesse in je verblijf. Spreken ook Nederlands. Lekker en goed ontbeten iedere dag. We hebben ook heerlijk op baljon gezeten. Onze kinderen……

“My adult children and I had a magnificent four day stay here. Each room is unique, charming, and very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is impeccable and staff very friendly. There are some beautiful walking trails around the property and it is so quiet and peaceful. There is also a lovely gift shop filled with authentic and high quality items. The only thing we had issues with is the WiFi, which was very spotty in our room, but otherwise, we highly recommend it! Would definitely return.”

“Nous avons été très surpris par la taille ne notre chambre. Véritablement un petit appartement avec vue sur le lac. Lit très confortable et logement super propre. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet bien garni. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Si l'on veut chipoter un tout petit peu, le sèche serviette mériterait d'être changé.”
