“We needed a base to explore Voyageurs National Park and perhaps paddle around on a lake. This spot was all that and more, with a short walk to Sha Sha Resort and a short drive to Thunderbird resort - great restaurants on the water. Hope we can come back some day and spend more time.”

“This was our first visit to Minnesota. The house was beautiful and well kept. Everything was just as stated in the listing. The location is very peaceful, right on the lake. Plenty of recreation and exploration opportunities around. We would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“The property itself is beautiful - the decor, the views, the amenities! The kids had so much fun playing outside, and they loved the bunkbeds! There are six chairs around the dining room table, but it worked for 10 when we brought the stools from the kitchen. Communication with the owners was always quick and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place!”

“Stay was good. Not the easiest if you're pulling a boat to get in and out. Wouldn't recommend pulling all the way up to the house with the boat in tow. Neighbors in the other unit were a bit loud and made it difficult for those in the inner bedroom to sleep in the unit we stayed in, but overall, a good experience and place to stay. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Cozy and comfortable for 4 people!”

“The bathroom was the biggest problem with mold and moldy black baseboards coming apart at the base molding. (No pun intended.) The hot water heater was literally next to the bed, covered in carpeting with loose screws on top. The location was misrepresented and not in the park or even in a wooded area, but on an atrial street in a neighborhood.”
