It was great except my husband is 6’4 and the handicapped room had a couch that you could eat off the floor cause it set so low. So we couldn’t get comfy. I just feel like a handicapped room should be just that. Maid for a handicapped person.

It was not possible to check in a couple of hours early. When we first arrived, the lady at the registration desk was simply dismissive. We reserved one of the most expensive rooms, and she didn't even care to ask us our names. She told us in a "don't care" way that our room wasn't ready. No consideration at all. I asked politely. I even told her I had an important call coming up, and I wasn't even offered the option to rent their conference room for an hour. I would have paid for that... She missed the opportunity to welcome us and try to understand what we needed. The rest of our stay was great. The person who greeted us when we returned after the 3pm mandate was super nice. Attitude makes the whole experience. You should consider making changes.

Riley at the front desk was awesome. A couple of strange things in the room: lamp was unplugged and had trouble with another lamp. Figured out it was the light switch by the front door. Room was too warm when I arrived.

So disappointed! I have stayed at this Cobblestone in the past because of location, cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. This visit, the first two factors were the same but the staff was terrible. We arrived early and was told that our room would be ready in 45 minutes so we hung out. After the 45 minutes we were told that they were running behind so we couldn’t check in until 3:00. We came back at 3:00 which was the check-in time. We were told the room wasn’t ready but they would give us a room with two queens instead of the king that I paid for. I told her that I would wait. A little later she told us that she can give us another room with a king so we took it. When we got to the room our keys did not work so we went to the counter and they sent new keys back which did not work either. The desk clerk asked the housekeeping staff for their master fob which opened our door. The lady said she was going to go back to the desk and was going to bring new keys. We blocked our door open and waited. We wanted to take a nap after the long drive but after waiting for the keys for 30-45 minutes, my partner went down to the desk to see several staff members laughing and socializing. When she asked about the key, they said we were not getting one because they don’t know what the problem is. We could stay in the room and have the staff get us in the room or we can get another room. We stayed in room. The next day the desk clerk was equally uncooperative.
