The hotel has been remodeled, however our room had a few areas where it looked like an amateur did the remodel. The pool was FREEZING! Our children were excited to swim but once we put our feet in we immediately got out.

Pool and hot tub not in order after I canned ahead of time and asked. Room did not have jetted bathtub that i reserved, said 3rd party did not inform them of that. Bath water was yellow.

We have stayed here often. It is older but very comfortable. The towels are white and fluffy. The bedding is all white and cotton. The room is large and quiet. The breakfast is good. Everything is clean.

I'll do bullet points since I had too many complaints for the space allowed... Dirty toilet; toilet seat badly scratched and damaged. TV not working; handyman who came to fix it did not wait for me in the hallway (I was walking behind him); used his master key to enter the room WITHOUT knocking even though I had told him my son was in there. When left the room, he violently slammed the door because he didn't like that I was unhappy about the front desk comment about the TV. Did not receive an accessible room as requested because was told none were available, but my friend was moved to an accessible room after first being given an occupied room!!!! The issue with the TV continued every single time the tv was turned off. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the coffee was horrendous. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work and there was a blanket with human fecal matter next to it for several hours. My friend got an OCCUPIED room when she checked in; then was moved to an accessible room which she refused; the 3rd room she got had a defective key card reader and was locked out of her room; a front desk staff spent hours taking it apart in the evening. Eventually had to remove it completely and wait for the handyman to fix it in the morning. Room was roomy enough for wheelchair even though would have liked to be given the available accessible room AS REQUESTED. Did not have the energy to fight the front desk or move stuff. DANGEROUSLY SCOLDING HOT WATER IN BATHROOM.

When taking shower temperature would go from scolding hot to ice cold every 15-20 seconds. Pool closed. Rooms were decent and staff friendly.

Hot tub was broken, pool was ice cold! The room smelled musty like body odor, advertised for a jetted bathtub, not even close! 1/10 stars. While waiting for breakfast at 10 an employee saw I was holding a plate waiting my turn said excuse me and took the whole display of food! It was 10:02 a.m. super cheap! Terrible service! I did have a super nice lady say hello in passing though.

The property is located right off the highway along with a shopping center, loaded with many fast food eateries and shopping. The breakfast was great. A lot to choose from. The room my wife and I stayed in needed a little updating and only had 1 trash can which was located in the restroom. Other than that this is a nice hotel.

The property is run down and unkept. The entire parking lot is ice & hasn't had snow removal or salt. We are glad we brought an air mattress because there is no way I'd let my daughter sleep on the disgusting pull out bed. The air didn't work and the tub was clogged. I hope there are plans to make improvements. Very disappointing!
