They served old food. The breakfast bar was so hard it broke my husband's tooth. The walls were paper thin. Stained beds, the wash clothes were the cheap ones from the dollar tree.

Oof where to start. Halls ways smell musky, parking lot looks like rockets hit it with boulder size potholes. My room had what appeared to be dry blood on the sheets and a hole in the wall. I went to the front desk to say I won’t be staying here and to get my money back. There where what appeared to be homeless people in the lobby and a middle age women who was taking money from the homeless men and then taking them to her room on the first floor. This women also got very upset that I was brining my grievance to the front desk saying “I live here year round and the front desk manger is my best friend”. Management speaks a different language in front of you to other colleagues after you mention something as well. So key takeaways: unclean, not safe, unprofessional, and a potential brothel.

This place is big, large buildings with lots of rooms. It was inexpensive, the location was convenient. The staff command of the English language was lacking, the phone from the room to the front desk didn’t have a one touch. If you needed anything you had to 10 digit dial the entire phone number. There was no elevator to the upper floor “only a few steps,sir” The shower curtain was stained, the ceiling was stained, “continental breakfast “ was mostly powdered donuts, frosted pop tarts, some hard boiled eggs and a few apples, bananas, yogurt and coffee. The room we chose with one Queen bed should not be listed on this web site. It is not in the traveler's area of the hotel. We had to move to a different part of the hotel. The new room was quiet and clean.

Upon arrival, our room smelled like someone had been smoking illegal substances and there was dirty underwear on the floor. It was an extremely unsafe environment, and we left immediately. When asked for a refund, the owner stated he put us in the wrong building with the immigrants and after hearing that we left immediately. No refund.

I found this hotel very disappointing. The main desk and foyer was very nice but that’s where it ended. There is no security on doors coming from any of the side or back entrances. Our room had 3 locks on the door but it just didn’t seem secure. Sheets and towels were stained

Disgusting hotel. Lobby looks reasonable but there is pet hair down every hallway. What I would describe as displaced people and their pets inhabiting a good portion of the hotel. We found dog food, garbage and human food scraps under both beds, the bathroom and under the chair cushion. We didn’t even put our bags down, we asked for a second room and it was the same. We left and went to another hotel. The manager said he would not refuse the refund from Expedia, but he would not return their calls so no refund. Plenty of pictures to post but there seems to be no way to do it here.
