We love the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. Upon check-in on April 14, the front desk clerk was extremely polite and professional.
Unfortunately, a drunk group of people trashed part of the pool area and this was addressed by hotel personnel.
Breakfast was very picked over by 8:40 and not replenished. Several people had to walk away because no employee was in the kitchen. Sean, in management, was kind enough to credit us some Hilton points, but others missed out. The following day, food did run low again. She filled some, but was quite rude when people asked for a refill :/ The lady also started cleaning up before 9:00 as some people were still there.
This was strange to us because we have always seen employees survey the room and make sure everyone had what they needed. I felt bad for those that came down at 8:50 with young children and things were empty.
