The hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff was always super friendly. There is no pool even though they advertise one. Breakfast was free and very good. It's not a continental type. You order from a menu. If you go to the restaurant in the last hour all you can order is pizza, wings, and burgers. That was a disappointment but the pizza was at least good. The bed was comfy. Kind of weird that the bathroom sink isn't in the bathroom but it worked kinda good so we didn't all crowd in the bathroom at once. It was a really easy drive to edinboro and presque isle from here.

Very convenient to Edinboro, Erie, Presque Isle and the mall. A little outdated and no pool as advertised. The best complementary breakfast we've ever had at a hotel! Very nice staff.

rooms are run down- paint peeling (no exaggeration - looks like large polka-dots in our first room and stained walls, with dirty floors and a dirty wash cloth over the soap in the bathroom. They gave me a second room in the newer section with the "better" maid. Less paint peeling, floors still not clean, sheers on the windows were literally shredded. ONLY walk up available to the 2nd floor and no access all the way through the building to get to the restaurant - had to drive in the pouring rain and park at the front of the building for my 84 year old mother in law. Desk chair had a surprise "fall to the floor" feature and NONE of the outlets would charge our phones. HORRIBLE PROPERTY, STAFF WAS LESS THAN ACCOMMODATING. Breakfast was decent.

A little dated and could use some TLC but a nice quiet place for the price just off the highway. The breakfast is great and is included, it’s a real restaurant so they give you a menu with like 12 options on it. There isn’t anything around the hotel so you’ll have to drive 5 minutes for shopping/food. Highly recommend if you don’t care that it’s not a 5 star place

Special place with dinning next door. Rooms could use updating and cleaned better and the room phone is gross, but good for the price. Staff is great!

The property is in good shape it's in a wooden area which we like because we love the outdoors the breakfast in the morning was good the only thing we have the complaint about is the main in the morning tried coming in twice in we told her that we were staying until tomorrow morning that is the only thing we have to complain about
