“A dream of a villa. We had an amazing time. The views are staggering. Out across the sea, for miles and miles, all framed by the Peloponnese and Methana. The house is perfect. Stylish without being precious, and very well-equipped and usable. The pool and outdoor dining area are wonderful and it's a joy to be able to trundle down the steps to the near-private beach below. The photos absolutely do not do it justice; and Christopher, the owner, couldn't have been nicer. Communicative, helpful……

“Can’t fault the studio. Perfect for an out of town getaway. Up the hill 4.6km but amazing sunrises. And down the other side to a remote beach. A little dirty sadly but the water clean and great for an early morning dip. The only downside is the farm animals. Dogs and roosters are quite annoying during the night. But you get used to the barking. A lovely place which we enjoyed immensely.”

From the second I walked in with welcoming package is in wine fresh flowers picked aside the bed and Throughout the apartment. Checking on me to see if everything was OK and if any needs were to be met. I was even invited to go to a private beach with Maria which I did and spent a beautiful morning talking about life. I don’t know if there’s any other better way to balance privacy and an open door of……

“We were a family of 6 with a 7th friend of one our daughters and enjoyed a perfect time in late July. The A/C and the great pool made the heat well bearable. While the nearby beach was not in the best shape, the house though is a superb starting point to Hydra from Metoxi and to Mykene/ Epidauros and Nafplio. The rooms were clean and appropiate, everything worked well and the support from the Bill & John Team via WhatsApp was perfect. We highly recommend this house.”
