“I came down to west Monroe to visit the schools and visit some friends, and I was more than pleased with the place. For starters the host was a 5 star host, very friendly, amazing communication, and very responsive. The place I had booked with Vrbo was doubled booked and the host was very quick to sort the situation out, he went above and beyond and gave me an upgraded place. The place didn’t feel like a hotel more like a home, with the community, and I was extremely happy with my stay here,……

“We did not have a great experience. The VRBO listed was double booked and we were moved to a different apartment in the complex. The apartment smelt like smoke and pee. There were dirty wet towels in the closet and only half a role of toilet paper. The beds were very uncomfortable. As women staying at this location we felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving after the first night because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt.”

“We rented this property as a place I could meet up with my college daughter and spend time with her and cook for her. We left after the first night and did not complete our stay. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana despite the no smoking policy. The unit is in bad need of updating and the knobs on the stove were so dirty I was not going to touch them to cook. The apartment overall was clean but the smell permeated the entire unit. Even our clothes smelled after just one night……
