“The self catering apartment we chose was well equipped, spotlessly clean and huge! We had a fantastic two weeks in Berlin. The room card didn’t work the second day so I and other customers who arrived at hotel after 10pm have to stay in the kitchen for the whole night because no reception after 10pm and nobody answered the call."
