“Einzigartiges, urgemütliches Hotel mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern im Herzen der Altstadt Stockholms. Alles kann fussläufig erreicht werden. Die U-Bahn befindet sich 200m entfernt. Das Frühstück war phantastisch, es fehlte an nichts. Vielen Dank an das nette Personal für 4 Tage Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Hotel.”

“Mycket fint hotell. Trevlig personal i receptionen som var mycket hjälpsamma. Jättebra frukost i trevlig miljö. Läget perfekt för aktiviteter på Djurgården men också enkelt att ta spårvagnen in till centrum.”

“Bra bemötande i receptionen! Trevlig atmosfär i hela hotellet. Bra utemiljö med en liten sandstrand för mindre barn.”

“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”

“Tyckte att det va tråkigt att hotellet inte har en egen parkering sedan tycker jag att taxi bilarna som ståeutanför alldeles för dyra , tråkigt med sittplatser på frukosten men en underbar personal och service ”

“wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems.……

“We had a nightmare with the phone system, over and over. Due to the road construction we couldn’t find address- they do not answer the phone I called 9 times including standing in the lobby showing the girl . the bellman called in sick, we had to carry in 8 bags from a block and a half away. I used to sell big phone switches and do not understand what the problem was. I called twice around 9 at nite and got through. They couldn’t have been nicer and upgraded us to a suite, very nice of them. I……
