Holiday Home 'Casa Il Butto' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Balcony

Casa Il Butto is a detached house with a shared garden, located in the historic center of Erve, just a few kilometers from Lake Como. Once used as a barn, it was completely renovated between 2023 and 2024 by Stefania and Lorenzo. The house is now welcoming and ideal for families and small groups seeking fresh air and tranquility at the foot of Monte Resegone.



The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to five people. It features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a living room with a sofa bed. The second floor includes a private balcony for relaxing in the evening.



Casa Il Butto is child-friendly, offering a crib, accessories, books, and toys free of charge. In the front garden, guests can organize a picnic; a blanket and basket are provided at no extra cost. Families with children are especially welcome.



Surrounded by nature, the house does not have Wi-Fi, but a TV is included among the amenities. An iron is available on request. Air conditioning is not necessary, as the fresh natural air can be enjoyed by simply opening the windows.



Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted.
