“The Graoe Escape was exactly what we were looking for. It is camping without the tent! The view was wonderful, woke up and went to sleep with sounds of nature. Even in the rain it was a perfect getaway. Dave was quick to respond when we had a question and went above and beyond for our stay! Would recommend and stay again. ”

Beautiful landscapes, the running water in the creek just a few yards away was very relaxing. 10 minutes from the falls and downtown area was absolutely awesome and convenient. We have never stayed in a tiny home but we are now huge fans. The amenities were perfect and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. TY!”

“Amazing little cabin nestled in the woods! 🙂 Beautiful property and the structure itself is super cool to check out. You can tell every log was cut by hand with little personal touches added here and there over the years . It has Everything ya need and nothin ya don't. Its perfect. Beth and Chris we're extremely helpful with everything from check-in instructions to answering any questions I had and even giving me a history of the cabin upon check out. Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will be back !”

“Cozy little cabin. It was chilly & raining during our trip, so we were bummed we didn’t get to kayak or use the firepit, but the cabin had propane heat that kept us nice and warm. The bed was comfortable, and hosts supplied everything you would need. Great location a short drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend! ”

“Despite the unusually cold and wet Memorial Day weekend, my wife and i had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and just as advertised. We were 10 min from downtown Corning (great place to walk around) and 20 min from Watkins Glen. ”

“We were so fortunate to have had a week together at this cabin! It was exactly what we were hoping for! The cabin is beautiful and Mitch was so hospitable in attending to our needs! Would love to come back!”

“We had a little problem with heating and leak in the water filter line. Gregory was very nice and came as quick as he can to fix the problem. The only concern we have was that according to the listing that the property has 1.5 bathroom but the half bath was outside in the back of the house. Other than the above everything was fine.”

“Our stay at Ayers Acres exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to access off of the highway (we were traveling from PA). We hiked several waterfall locations and explored Corning. I highly suggest grocery shopping and utilizing the grill and pavilion for your evening dinners followed by a campfire. The cabin was super cute and clean. ”

“Property was very clean. Was texted the incorrect number for entrance but I had spoke to property manager day before and she told me what the code would probably be—that was the one that worked. It worked for 5 adults. The room with trundle bed is extremely small. That bed & pillows was very uncomfortable. Everything else was great. It was a good place to stay for the price.”
