“This is one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed at. The property has a spectacular view no matter what room you’re in and the outdoor spaces are great. We utilized the upper covered porch every morning and evening while using the pool area all afternoon. We enjoyed the property so much we found it difficult to leave the view we had and do sight seeing. We were able to spot whale spouts almost every day looking out at the water. “The house and the property in general have the conditions for a great family vacation. We all had a great time. Very clean, the kitchen had all the appliances we needed, great internet.”

“We came to visit the sea house in April, the weather was warm and dry and perfect for beach, surf, fun. “One of the most amazing places I’ve stayed and the perfect setting for our group. Manuel and his family were super helpful whenever we needed Theo assistance on the property. Communication was excellent during and leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The roads to get there were a bit tricky, so make sure you have clear directions, especially if you’re arriving at night. For us, this was all just part of an epic adventure! “We loved our stay at Rancho Majagual!! I traveled with a large group, and we took over the whole property. The beach and surrounding areas were among the most beautiful I've ever been to. Very private and protected, but plenty of other beaches to explore nearby on foot. The property manager and concierge really understood our group's needs, and went out of their way to accommodate us. As is typical for the region, there were a few quirks with plumbing, etc, but that's to be expected. We loved it……

La maison est sur les hauteurs de San Juan sans commerce ni restaurant à proximité ce qui veut dire 10-15 min de trajet pour se rendre en ville, par contre cela permet d'être……

“The place was very clean, it had great A/C, hot water, a very powerful fridge and the staff was very friendly. The main complaint I had is that there are birds that attack the window starting around 5 am, which makes it hard to sleep as it's very disturbing and it would be great if they had an iron on premise. I would definitely stay at the Black Pearl Inn again.”
