“Porter #10 was perfect for our staycation. We were close enough to walk downtown and do all the things but far enough that we had quiet nights. The linen lounge was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of parking, towels and a nicely stocked kitchen. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed this location! I would call it a "hidden gem" because that's truly what it is. The location is ideal, the people are incredibly friendly, and the fishing is amazing. ”

“First and foremost it was clean! The condo was spacious and had all we needed for our weeks stay. It was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beach and beautidul Ocean Springs.”

“If you love downtown Ocean Springs, as I do, this is a top choice stay. A five-minute walk gets you to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. After exhausting yourself with that activity, you come back to a quiet and comfortable place to rest. We enjoyed the balconies for coffee and devotionals as well as all the local information provided. Will definitely keep this place in mind for my next visit.”

“This property is an old apartment complex that is currently being renovated. The apartment is okay, with the exception of a bright green light mounted on the wall with no way to turn off. I was awake by 3 am each morning with the light glaring in my eyes. With three separate drafts from VRBO, Expedia, and property management, I realized fees were more than the apartment; I absolutely did not expect two separate chore lists. I will not be cleaning the interior of a rental fridge on vacation……

“Very nice condo, well stocked and decorated. Would have preferred a waterfront view. Quiet and clean complex and large pool area. A quaint Bar / Grill is next door to marina with music on week ends. The friendly owner was quickly responsive to our needs and questions. Overall very nice.”
