“ This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!”

“Mooi en netjes huis, keurig verzorgd en schoon! Heel comfortabel en rustig, met mooi zwembad. Het huisje is misschien iets afgelegen, maar daardoor wel heel rustig. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door eigenaresse. De koelkast was al deels gevuld bij aankomst, heel attent! De eigenaresse zorgt voor een onbezorgd verblijf! Hier komen wij graag nog eens terug.”

“Lovely home with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Even a well maintained vegetable garden! Bernat is a very nice man who communicated promptly. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to have the need. Highly recommend.”

“We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. One item we certainly could have used was beach……

“Le logement était parfait, dans un petit village au calme, très bien équipé, fonctionnel et confortable. Gabriel a été adorable. Recommande pour des personnes qui souhaitent être au calme. Nécessite d’être véhiculé. A noter que 2 chambres et une salle de bain sont accessible seulement par l’extérieur . Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons ce logement.”

“Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Unterkunft in Ariany sehr genossen. Das Haus und alles was dazu gehört war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Pool war perfekt zum Abkühlen nach einem Ausflug oder für einen "Pool Tag". Die zentrale Lage ist ideal für Erkundungstouren auf der ganzen Insel. Ein Mietauto ist aber fast unverzichtbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder für einen Urlaub wählen.”

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
