"I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too ..."

Overall a decent Hotel

"Although the floor was a bit dirty, the room was otherwise quite cozy. The Hotel staff was also quite accommodating regarding late check-in and luggage storage, but the Hotel itself does have a hidden charge of 60 SEK for luggage storage that I was only made aware at the Reception."

"Fint og nyt hotel. Fantastisk god seng. Gode faciliteter. Stort og indbydende fællesområde. Meget lidt imødekommende receptionist, der i bedste fald var ligeglad med kunderne, i værste fald var decideret sur over at blive forstyrret med spørgsmål. Der manglede badehåndklæder."
