Un excelente servicio todas las personas incluido el dueño muy amables siempre predispuestas a atendernos y ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos la comida las picaditas de la tarde losmolstos fuertes incluido el desayuno muy rico muy bien preparado y lo que nos gustó es que ellos se adaptan a lo que te guste comer o como tú desees que lo preparen siempre te preguntan, lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados tiene una acceso……

“Very nice hotel with extremely helpful staff. I got a bad wound just before checking in, and David helped me get to the pharmacy and even offered to be on the phone with me to translate at the doctor, as I speak very little Spanish. The rest of the staff was very attentive and kind as well. Nice pool and room. Would definitely recommend!!”

“el hotel para ingresar en la noche no tiene timbre y hay que llamarle a la dueña, es tenaz eso porque es una señora de la tercera edad. La presión de agua en la ducha es casi nula y la refrigeradora NO funciona porque esta super antigua. Hay aire solo en la habitación grande y en la otra te mueres del calor porque no hay ni ventilador. La dueña pone en la puerta perros a dormir y cuando llegas te llevas un susto terrible. No recomendaría ese lugar hasta que no limpien la entrada que esta……

“Property is located in the center of the city of Esmeraldas in easy walk to restaurants and other facilities. We had a feel of being in the Caribbean. Our room was pleasant, comfortable and included a sitting area. Breakfast was good and the lady that prepared and served it was quite pleasant. ”
