“Personnels tres acceuillants, agréables et à l'ecoute. Le site est merveilleux mais Malheureusement vieillit tres mal et le batiment n'est pas toujours bien entretenu... (Moisis sur des murs peints- bois pourris, douchette encrassée, robinet cassé...taches sur les draps)... Pour un prix trop élevé.... Cependant l'attitude des employés est professionnelle et releve un peu le trop pleins de defauts d'un etablissement vieillissant... Ma conclusion : Trop cher pour ce que c'est, personnels au……

“I stayed here with my family. We have two young daughters and everybody enjoyed their stay. I found the hotel to be an excellent location on the island close to many amenities but quiet and off to the side at the same time. The staff that worked at the hotel, were all very, very kind and super helpful. Suzie, who works at the front desk even offered to drive us from the hotel to the ferry taxi so we could catch our cruise which I thought was a very nice gesture. If we were to come back to this……

“Dans l'ensemble plusieurs points positifs L'hôtel est bien situé, plutôt agréable et joli, bien entretenu dans l'ensemble Le personnel agréable La chambre était grande et bien équipée, la kitchenette sur la terrasse est un plus pour un séjour en famille mais considérant le prix relativement élevé des nuits, du petit déjeuner, du restaurant (le seul disponible dans le coin), je m'attendais à un autre niveau de prestation Chambre pas disponible à mon arrivée (15h10), promiscuité et vis à vis sur……

“I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.”
