"We arrived late, smooth check in but the room wasn’t clean/ready. For some reason the cleaner missed our room. I called the number on file and the lady fixed the issue straight away (less than an hour) and was very apologetic. She did say I’ll get a partial refund that I haven’t heard of yet though ..."
