“The shower cube in the room that we were assigned to on the first night is very tiny, in fact one of the smallest I have ever seen in all the hotels i've stayed around the world, you can barely turn and wash your body, water would overflow out of the shower cube and half of the washroom floor was wet. The website says the codes will be sent 24 hours before arrival. I now realize for security that is not accurate nor can be done. The website needs to clarify that information so that guests are not confused and stressed out when it does not come within 24 hours. It is really sent within 1 to 2 hours of your arrival. ”
