“We loved this cute lodge! There are 5 units, each with a loft queen bed, a separate twin loft accessed by a ladder, and a queen futon on the ground floor. The buildings are brand new, and I love the rustic barn door, National park decor, yet very modern with black faucets and kitchen and bath. There are so many places to eat in this quaint town. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed in a cabin and our oldest daughter and her family stayed in their RV in the adjacent park. That was very convenient. The cabin was very nice and clean. The housekeeping staff kept us well supplied with towels every day for our one-week stay. There is a paved walking path from the village to the shops, which are attractive. The cabin village office staff were friendly and helpful. I bought an excellent walking stick from them. ”

“My sister and I stayed in the patriot tent and we loved it! It was very spacious with a comfy king size bed with quality pillows and blankets. We live in a hot climate and I was worried it would feel cold at night but it was perfect. Our host was so friendly and made us feel right at home. They did a great job of providing fun spaces for activities in common areas including fishing poles, kayaks, corn hole, volleyball and fire pits. "Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
