“We loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable and having access to parking was very convenient. The house itself was quaint with character and very clean! My husband and I stayed with our 4 young children and had ample space. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great! “The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled. They offered me a property for 15 hrs. My original reservation was for 5 days. I ending up declining and driving back home which was a 5 hr drive. Horrible people.
