“It was a very nice house. Seemed liked it was just refurbished. Had everything you’d need. ”

“The owner allowed for a few visitors, so this was perfect for a family visit. We watched movies and picked up dinner from a restaurant near by. (The location is within 5 min. of several top rated restaurants) Owner provided basic items in the kitchen to include a couple coffee options, creamer and there was wine in the freezer. A plesent surprise there were baby items, crib changing table, high chair and a few toys. Beds and pillows were comfortable and there were extra blankets so everyone was……

“We had 17 stay here, ages 1 to 70, and was not crowded. Very clean and the host responded very quickly to our questions.”

“This was a great place for our family ( 18 people) Lots of space for everyone. The game room was a big hit with the teenagers. The host was very nice and helpful. ”

“We were 5 families - 10 adults and 8 kids. Each family got a room and restroom to use, so everyone was happy. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living room area, for everyone to spread out during meals etc. Game room had a Table Tennis table, which got plenty of use. There was a TV there too, so again younger/ older kids got different places to sit and watch TV at the end of the day. Location wise also, it is close to the freeway, so easy to get in and out. We were too busy exploring ABQ/ Sante……

“Although the home is in a poor neighborhood, you feel safe because they have fully fenced yard and doors lock perfect. Its a great GEM on inside perfectly decorated beds are great and comfortable.too. Can’t say enough about this place lots of extra items left for you to discover. Will definitely go back”

“Loved the Bucking Mule suite on our recent trip to Durango for a Fort Lewis graduation. Perfect for a couple with a pooch. Had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was great and we appreciated the nice bathroom.. definitely want to come back!”

“Our group stayed 5 nights in late August 2024. Two of our adult children live in Albuquerque, so we are familiar with the area. This neighborhood is one of the better areas in Albuquerque and it’s safe. The home was clean and in good condition. The pictures on the listing were accurate. The host was easy to communicate with and even allowed us early access to the home when we arrived in town earlier than expected.
