“The property was centrally located to Cruz Bay and we had easy access to all points of interest. A Jeep is a must have. The views were unparalleled and for our son’s final high school spring break we could not have picked a better place.”

“Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations! James was very communicative leading up to our stay, and met us at our car rental location to lead us to the property. Since this was our first time at St. John, this was very helpful. He gave us a tour of the property, sharing tips to improve our stay, and even prepared a snack platter of some goodies from a local market. The bathrooms and bedrooms were fully stocked with anything we could need (extra blankets, fans, AC, basic toiletries).……

“This place is as amazing! The views were stunning and everything was super nice and clean. Having designated parking spots was super convenient as parking can get a little crazy there. They provided beach towels, chairs, and a cooler which was very nice so we didn’t have to rent them! Overall was a great stay the only issue we had was the person who was supposed to be in contact with us was not super responsive and we had to be the ones the reach out to him after getting in contact with the……

“The room was okay and reflective of the price we paid. Only stayed one night so it did the job. I personally wouldn’t stay here for a lengthy vacation, just because it is so far from the water and things to do. Pools were decent and food from restaurant was food. Coffee shop made up for any shortcomings as it was 10/10. Good place to overnight before flying out the next day. ”
