Beautifully appointed 2nd level river side condo where you will experience the calming babble of Fall River privately. High vaulted ceilings offer a spacious and open environment. Fully equipped kitchen with lovely wooden cabinets and decor, dishwasher, full bath (tub/shower) and queen memory foam bed with luxurious down bedding & high count linens. Spacious living room with queen sofa sleeper, dining table, gas fireplace, TV, DVD, Stereo, WI-FI and your own south facing deck with patio furniture to relax on. Enjoy cooking on the BBQ located close to your unit entrance or pool side while enjoying a swim in the seasonal outdoor heated pool. Located only 1/2 mile from the north entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 3 1/2 miles west of Estes Park. This property is not part of the lodge, this is a privately owned condo within the lodging facility.

Quiet time lace to relax and enjoy Rocky Mountain National park
Location was great. So close to the National park entrance and away from all the huge crowds in Estes Park. Even with the entrance construction on the Falls River park entrance, it was still much easier entering the park.

Great little condo near RMNP entrance
The condo is ideal for one or two people looking to spend time in Rocky Mountain National Park. It sits just outside the Falls River entrance in a great setting. Everything in the unit worked well, and it hadeverything I needed.

The property was as described and overall good. Here are a couple of comments. Wow, the bar-be-que grill was really unclean. Also, we spent every day in RMNP, and nights at the condo. The business hours of the property manager did not coincide with the hours that we had cell phone service.

Very nice!
This is a lovely property that is perfectly situated so that the only thing you hear is the stream, yet it sits right off the highway leading to the Park. The unit we stayed in would be good for a couple such as us or for a small family. Lots to do nearby and the hosts were very welcoming. We'll look at it again when coming back.

Beautiful locatiin
The Wildwood was perfect for our stay. The location was very close to the park entrance. The room was stocked will all the items we needed and the staff was quite accommodating. The wild turkeys and elk made morning coffee on the river breakthakingly beautiful!

great property location, 2nd story, back deck facing Fall river. 20 steps to the river. Fantastic!
The sound and view of a river(stream) while sitting on the Deck is about as relaxing as getting a 1 hour massage, except you can sit on the Deck for s long as you like. You are away from the crowds of downtown Estes Park. So you want to view some wildlife, well our first night we were walking along the river and not more than 40 feet away were 2 bull elk on a steep hill and thrashing on a tree eating the tender stuff. The next morning we were greeted by 2 turkeys coming down to the stream to get some water. The condo itself was very clean and in good shape. Our party are outdoor-type people so we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit itself. The next time we stay in Estes Park, would I look for this unit to stay in? Not even a second thought, book me Dano!!!

Spacious, clean, amenities are nice, proximity to park
I have stay at Wildwood Inn several times the past few years. It is a nice property, and the wind streaming in from the park is great. Staff has always treated me fair.
