We loved the condo, especially the location. It was within minutes of downtown Estes Park and RMNP entrance but it was in a very quiet area with beautiful vistas. Got to see many elk and wild turkeys from our condo The condo was clean and had all amenities that we needed. I definitely recommend if coming to Estes Park

My husband and I were at the condo for 11 nights and we had family there for one weekend. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You are away from town with a lovely view from the deck. There were wedding receptiions almost every night at the resort across the road, but the condo is quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Property was clean and only a couple minute drive to downtown, Stanley Hotel and Rocky Mt Natl Park. Easy access to house. We also saw elk passing through out the bedroom window. Bed was comfortable. Note: washer and dryer in master bedroom so plan wash accordingly. Would stay again when in the area.

Convenient Location to our hikes in the Rocky Mountain National Park. Very close to Longs Peak Trailhead. Short trip to the Grocery Store (Safeway) and downtown Shops. Easy Check-In & Check-Out. Overall it was a very nice trip!

Lori & Rick were amazing hosts from booking until departure. They provided detailed instructions and directions that were easy to follow. Prior to our trip we asked if they happen to have a suit steamer. Lori wrote back a bit later with a picture of a brand-new steamer she purchased and placed in the condo for our use. Our first morning there, the coffee pot died. We messaged Lori that morning and by noon she had purchased and delivered a new coffee pot. She even left $10 on the counter to pay for the coffee we had at Kind Coffee, which she recommended. The condo was amazing. Fully stocked with everything we needed, and the king bed was so comfortable. The views from the Condo were amazing. The location was perfect. Just 1 mile to downtown restaurants and shopping. About a 20-minute walk downhill or a five-minute drive. The walk back to the condo is mostly uphill. Only a two-minute walk across the street to the Black Canyon Resort wedding venue. An easy 20-minute drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park RMNP Beaver Meadows Entrance, or a 10-minute drive to the RMNP Fall River Entrance. If you like to hike, the condo is just a couple minute drive to the RMNP Lumpy Ridge Trailhead with moderate hikes to Gem Lake and The Twin Owls. A five-minute drive to the Estes Park Visitors Center where you can take a leisurely 4-mile walk around Lake Estes, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains.
