This comfortable hideaway is situated just above downtown Estes Park and gives you the best in rocky mountain charm. Wake up in the open studio layout on a queen size aspen log bed and see Longs Peak bathed in an alpine glow. Watch the wildlife making their daily trek through the cabin's property. 5 star ratings.

The Twins Owls rock formation greets you as you gaze from the beautiful french doors which lead to your private patio. Enjoy your morning coffee on the flagstone patio. Or, at the end of the day, the patio awaits providing, a quiet, peaceful place to sip a drink while you relive the day's sights, events or memories. Relax around the natural gas fireplace outside or the gas fireplace inside.

Cozy Cabin Retreat

We had a lovely weekend at your cozy cabin retreat. The cabin was aligned with our expectations. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of the host. If there was any one thing we could suggest is a solid dusting throughout, particularly in the kitchen where cups and plates are stored.

Cozy getaway

The cabin is conveniently located, short walk to town. Cozy, clean, and well equipped kitchen. The outdoor sitting area is perfect for relaxing and reading. The hostess was very easy to communicate and very accommodating.

Quiet Getaway

Dancing Bear is a charming, cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed Estes Park and RMNP and returned each day to enjoy the cabin and it's amenities. It was the best stocked cabin we have EVER stayed in! Randi was very responsive to correspondence.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The cabin is just as list, pictures are accurate. We loved everything about it. The host went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. Communication was great. Extremely well stocked, very cleaned and a comfortable bed. Location was awesome. We were able to walk into town where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and views

Highly recommend this stay for couples looking to be close to town and to the park, while having the best possible views of the mountains! Some of the best views we’ve ever had from a cabin, and one morning we woke up to a huge buck in the yard! The hosts were super helpful and responsive, can’t wait to stay again!

Estes Parks vacation

The cabin was convenient to downtown Estes as well as the Rockies. The area was quiet and the cabin had plenty of space for two adults. I think we thought it was more secluded and expected less cabins near us but it was still a great place to stay.

Romantic Cabin in the Mountains!

If you are considering a stay in Estes Park, I strongly recommend staying at Randi’s Dancing Bear Cabin. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with anything you may need to make home (away from home) cooked meals. Randi keeps a pantry previous guests may leave extra food, and we did not need to purchase many things at the store, thankfully! (Individual peanut butter, pasta, spices, baking items, etc.). The bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets, and an air conditioner for the heat wave that was passing through. We will be returning!

We called it our love shack!

Great place for a romantic getaway for two! Within walking distance of downtown, close to Fall River Road entrance and the Stanley. Clean, cute, comfy with lots of little perks. The perfect choice for an anniversary outting with your loved one. NOT a place to stay with kids! Too small and not enough space to spread out.

Perfection

First time staying at this cabin but it will now be my go-to spot during my regular visits to Estes. I loved being walking distance from the middle of town. The patio with fire pit was a great way to spend evenings. Everything was incredibly well stocked including generous snacks. Can’t wait to return.

Love Dancing Bear Cabin!

We absolutely loved this cabin. There are so many windows to see outside and they open so that you can enjoy that great Estes Park air! Randi was so very helpful and the cabin has everything…all of the little thoughtful details you don’t even expect. We had a family of deer visit the cabin several days in a row. Ate from the trees and then just hung out in the yard for hours. There were also cute little bunnies! The patio has an amazing firepit and the view from the back of the house towards Lumpy Ridge and Twin Owls was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

Cabin get away

Loved the cabin! Very clean property and the host had snacks and wine when we walked in. The property would be hard to find in the dark it is just nestled in among other cabins so I was glad we drove by in daylight hours to know where we’re going. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Estes Park!

Quaint Cabin in Great Setting

Dancing Bear Cabin was perfect for two people. Very comfortable with updated amenities. Owner was great and easy to communicate with. Close to downtown Estes Park! We had elk right outside the French doors on the patio!!

Charming and Comfy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dancing Bear Cabin. Randi is definitely a Premier Host. We loved this nicely stocked, comfortable and charming cabin with its wonderful outdoor patios. We enjoyed visits from a hummingbird and a couple of elk cows along with a view of the Super Moon over the mountains. We left wanting to stay longer. Thank you Randi for your hospitality. Memorably Fantastic

It’s not just that the cabin is perfectly set up for a couple or solo traveler — a comfortable, peaceful oasis nestled in a residential area a short walk from town — it’s the countless thoughtful extra touches that make Randi a very special host. This was an A-plus home base for our explorations of RMNP. We sure hope to return.

Cozy and comfortable

We were leary when approaching at first because the pics online make the cabin look more remote After entering we saw that it was in fact private the way the other homes were situated, you didnt have anyone looking directly in your window. Randy was extremely generous leaving us a bottle of wine and snacks and the nice coin memento of our stay. The only thing I would say, which is very easy to miss, is the hanging lamp in the kitchen was full of cobwebs. Spiders work fast so that could be a short time ago. Also I would suggest somehow making the floor of the shower a little less slippery. Bed was extremely comfortable, had the best sleep my whole trip. Would stay there again.
