Balanced in the perfect location, about 2 miles from town, with trails to Rocky Mountain National Park and the YMCA of the Rockies, just out your front door. This charming Little Cabin offers an Awesome Rocky Mountain "Vibe", wooded Mountain surroundings, the sound of the Rapids of the Big Thompson River just 100 feet away, your own private Hot Tub, and gas fireplace. "Wild Bear Cabin" experience the true Mountain Spirit of Colorado in Your own Private Cabin, all to yourself with plenty of local Mountain "flare" and Charm.

Yes, we have thought of it all, so you don't have to!! Snowshoes, Bicycles, Snow tubes, Fishing Poles, Trekking/hiking Poles, even a Hiking Backpack are all included in your stay!! All these toys are in your own Toy shed located on the property!

When going to Rocky Mountain National Park, LOCATION is everything!! Walking distance to The Famous YMCA of the Rockies, my FAVORITE Italian restaurant EVER-The Dunraven Inn (just feet away) and the local's favorite Tavern-The Rock you will have plenty to do, all while staying just the perfect distance from the crowded downtown tourist congestion.

Nice area, but the extra charges were a surprise
I was originally told I was paying a security deposit. I don’t get it back, so inquired. I got a response of they don’t hold security deposits. I saw a bill for 130 for cleaning (so why did I clean). The place was nice but the way payments went were infuriating

Cute cozy cabin
Perfect little cabin for a romantic getaway. We had everything we needed for our stay provided at the cabin. Location was great- close to Estes downtown and not far for hiking in RMNP. We had a great trip and got engaged!!! Unforgettable experience!

Perfect get away for me and my girlfriend. Hot tub is amazing. Wildlife walked through the property a few times which was cool. Communication was quick and easy no issues at all to report. Would definitely stay again

We stayed hear to visit RMNP and it was the perfect location. It was a little smaller than anticipated, but nothing unbearable. FYI though, no air conditioning! But the windows open and there is a fan

Small studio cabin
Communication with the host was very good. But this cute little cabin needs a lot of updates and some tender loving care. Housekeeping did a great job with the cleanliness, but even the world’s best housekeeper cannot make a Cabin sparkle, - with all the chipped paint, loose tiles, broken blinds, worn and tired furniture. There was a resident mouse which the host addressed quickly. Wasn’t what we normally experience with VRBO.

Great location but …
The location is great. The response of the property manager was quick with a missing towels and a non existent DVD player issue. Checkin process very easy. But the place needs a thorough cleaning. Dust, cobwebs hanging from bedside lamps, layer of dust on bear head above bed, mouse droppings in a bedding drawer, filthy stove vent, unusable toaster oven due to nasty condition and the kitchen counters underneath the items were again in need of a scouring. Deep cleaning is in order.

Overall it was a great little cozy cabin, we had a probably getting the hottub to heat up and reached out and left the hottub guy a message but be never responded or called back, but we did end up figuring out how to get hottub heated. So all and all it was a great cabin for the price

Cute Cabin Getaway
The place was awesome, we LOVED the hot tub! The shed of outdoor supplies and activities helped us a lot- we got to use some of it on our hikes in RMNP. Great location, super cute and cozy. Our host helped us figure out the lock on the shed and responded quickly with all questions.

Cute Little Property
This was such a cute little property to stay on! My partner and I wanted a last minute stay over the weekend to escape where we live and work, and this was perfect. We loved the hot tub! I can’t wait to maybe stay here again.

Cozy place to stay near the mountains
we enjoy the setup of the cabin it made us feel like we’re at home. The management was very helpful when had any questions. The only issue we had was the homes appear to be clean but there were foods crumbs and dirt on the bed sheets. Overall I recommend this cabin for anyone who wants to hike or explore the mountains nearby!

Everything was soooo amazing! Exactly what we were looking for in our little getaway. Only thing I didn't realize from the listing was how close the other cabins are but that was my bad! Would definitely stay again!

Ice and violently strong fumes
Upon arriving at the property in our rental car we slid down the icy driveway into a rock on the side of the road. It had not snowed for 5 days prior to our arrival. we had driven from sand dune national park throughout Estes park. This driveway was the only 20 meter stretch of road we had any difficulty with. Edger who assists the property manager was super nice and helpful. He towed us into a dirt patch in the property where we were able to unload the car. Once inside we were met with very strong fumes from febreze that seemed to be sprayed on everything. This gave us both headaches and is quite toxic and unsafe to breath in that quantity (google searches, I recommend a natural non toxic cleaning agent) we were meant to stay for 2 nights but left immediately the next morning. No where on the listing does it say u need a truck or all wheel drive but the property manager insisted this was necessary and it was on us for arriving unprepared for ice (it hadn’t snowed in 5+ days) We did not feel comfortable attempting the driveway again due to its condition and almost slipping back onto the highway or into the house below. The fumes were an added deterrent. We decided to stay at a hotel in Boulder the second night instead. This was an awful experience and VRBO + property owner were no help in a refund for the second night (we vacated the property at 9am) this was the only negative of our 8 day trip and I would not recommend this property at all.

Cute little place
This little cabin was perfect for our needs and very close to everything we wanted to visit. When we had trouble unlocking the door the managment was very quick to reply and help! While I wouldn't recommend this place for more than two people, it was the perfect size for my husband and I to have a place to unwind after a day exploring the area. Plus the hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking!

Great Stay near RMNP
Stayed in the winter, which was great because this cabin is warm and cozy. Had some issues with the hot tub and getting the gear shed open, but communicating with property managers was really easy and they were responsive. Some kitchen gadgets don't work 100% (we struggled with the can openers) but plenty of restaurants and cafes are nearby. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The coziest cabin!
I highly recommend this property! My mom and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The location could not be better as we were so close to town and many entrances into Rocky Mountain. It's also conveniently located for dining and downtown. The hut tub was incredible after every day's activity and the cabin itself was unbelievably cozy. The communication with the property manager was seamless and helpful. They also make sure you have everything you need, from coffee and hygiene products to snowshoes and sleds! We had an incredible time, and would definitely come back!
