Overbooked, so put us in a Holiday Inn instead. No refund. No compensation. No other option. The new hotel charged us more taxes and fees that we had to pay out of pocket after checking in, that Expedia nor the WorldMark will cover.
Overall, got told we did not have a room, put us in a completely different hotel, had to pay even extra for said new hotel. No refund issued despite being told I would receive one. Such an inconvenience and was given the option to either not have a place to stay or to stay at this new hotel.
