“The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who has coeliac disease.”

“The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.”

“I’d say that this hotel is definitely just okay; the rooms are pretty big and in a great area, but everything is quite outdated. Our door also did not close properly resulting in us coming back to our room being wide open, which has big safety concerns. The room itself was quite dirty, and it was clear that the bare minimum was put in between guests; there were stains in the linen, on the walls, and other parts too. All in all, it’s a great place to sleep, but not for much else. ”

“I liked the ocean view, but the property was a mile out of town, which I didn't realize. I didn't have transportation, so I had to walk along busy road to get there. Room could use some updating (paint chipping), but generally okay. Ordered a pizza from the bar, and it was a frozen pizza. I guess maybe I should have expected that. Breakfast was great! ”

“The breakfast was really good. The property was very well designed with easy access to the pool and common areas. Pool towels would be appreciated.”

“The property is off the beaten path, not close to the beach, restaurants or anything. The property was in poor condition, states toiletries are provided, the only thing provided was soap and toilet paper. No hot water, no notice, and when we came back to the room the second day the door was wide open, "staff was rude, she stated that how would she know that the door was open she doesn't go up to the rooms, when I asked to speak to a manager she said she would send someone up, no one came, I went……

“Good for families, large complex and kept very tidy . Would stay again . ”

“Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha. Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself. Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great……
