“A former 15th century residence, Le Petit Manoir is long on charm but if you're not good with stairs, be sure to book a ground-level room. Our room, The Colette, was reachable only by a spiral staircase that is not for the faint-hearted. The ceiling beams were charming but head-bumping hazards if you're tall. We were traveling without a car and the staff was helpful in booking us taxis (a car would have been handy but we're getting too old to drive in France). Breakfast had lots a variety and……

“The hotel décor is good, very clean and comfortable. Staffs are excellent, friendly and patient. Breakfast is good. Hotel is next to St Lazard station, convenience to take train and metro. Unfortunately the shower room has no curtain, after shower, especially washing hair, toilet is all wet. If this is not improved, I don't think I will stay again as shower is very important after a long day without taking care of watering on the floor.”

“No hot water in our unit but the owner was very responsive and took a quick action to change a room for no additional cost. After all hot water shower felt very good. ”

“Somewhat grand house with a lot of character. Nice view of the garden to the hills and river just outside. Spacious room and bathroom. Everything worked well. Ouffa (the host) was gracious and friendly. Easy and pretty walk into the nearby small town.”

“El Hotel en líneas generales bien. Es cierto que he echado de menos personal que hablase español pero el trato fue muy bueno por parte de tod@s. En el desayuno si bien era variado en cuanto a repostería y fruta, me ha faltado alguna propuesta caliente como revuelto, bacon, salchichas o huevo a la plancha.”

“These are lovely people and it’s a beautiful located property. If you are from the UK or US the owners both speak amazing English and will make you most welcome. Two nights wasn’t enough, but we were unable to extend our stay as it was fully booked. Would love to come back one day. ”
