“My husband and I spent a relaxing week in bear cabin. The location was perfect. The king size bed was comfortable and the kitchen enabled us to cook most of our meals. Bear Cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.Tellico Plains is a cute little town. The Tellico Grains Bakery has great sandwiches, danishes and bread. “After our vacation in Asheville had to be canceled, we had six days to find an alternative and came across this lovely slice of heaven. “We loved everything about our stay. All that we needed was provided. Comfortable beds, nice towels, enough space for our party ranging in age from 6 months to 55. We got plenty of use out of the grill. The kids LOVED the game room, especially the air hockey and nerf guns. The reclining couches are so nice. We had plenty of space to talk and play. We didn't get to try out the fire pit which is too bad because even sticks were provided”

“The cottage was beautiful. Proximity to family was around a quarter mile away. Very clean and accessible. The driveway was a bit narrow for parking for a full size truck. Found a bunch of deck screws and nails on the back deck and driveway. Thankfully I had my shoes on ended up with a nail in the in my shoe. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely vacation there again next year ”

“Absolutely beautiful house situated in the most perfect spot in the mountains for the most perfect view. I'm not even kidding it was so beautiful, we just stared out the huge floor to ceiling windows when it was raining for awhile. The home is an amazing mid century home that thankfully the owners kept so much of the original charm for. The pool was also so much fun. The host provided a lot of helpful information as well! Only thing is the light switch situation as previously mentioned by others……
