“The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. “Our family of 12 (6 adults, 6 children) had a wonderful 3 night stay at the start of the NSW school holidays, We greatly appreciated the care package (lots of yummy goodies) that Luane left for us. There is so much to do at the property that you don’t need to leave. It was well equipped - from kitchenware, to IT, to kids’ toys, to activities for all. Communication with Luane was seamless, making arrival and departure very easy. We had a wonderful family holiday and we would love to come back……

“While the interior of the house was really good, the exterior was completely the opposite. The lawn was unmown and knee high so the children couldn't use the lawn or the play areas. The trampoline had no base so unusable, and the swing set was in poor repair as well.I hate to give negative reviews but I have to say it as it was. The exterior cobwebs on the windows made it obvious that no-one was taking care in the presentation of the property. Sad as it's a great house....just mow the lawn!”

“We had a large group of friends staying at Iona Park for a reunion and we were all absolutely blown away. From the moment you arrive, the facilities are jaw dropping. Both the inside, especially the pool room and library, and outside (double tennis court!) were stunning. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. The check-in process was very smooth and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough!”
