There is a balcony off the master bedroom, spacious front porch, and lovely backyard with seating and dining area. Huge House in Great Area

Gorgeous older home and an amazing host

Recently stayed at the Columbia House for Eugene Marathon weekend, and it was the *perfect* spot. Our 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids in total) had plenty of room, everything we wanted to do was walkable, and the property has a ton of charm. Great story behind the house, steps from Hayward Field, easy walk to Autzen for the Spring Game. To top it off, Pete was flexible and gracious and a joy to chat with. Thank you, Pete!
