Welcome to a completely gutted and renovated downtown apartment. The Purple Passion apartment is perfect for a couple's get-away. This 2nd floor Studio has one queen bed, full kitchen and bath - approximately 400 sf with its own private large Balcony. You are located in the heart of downtown/ 5th street and have 1 designated parking space. Walk to Farmers Union for coffee, Saturday/ Farmers market for local goodies or rent a bike and follow footpaths all over Eugene. 5 min walk to Hult Center
