“10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. ”

“What a great rental. The home is on a quiet street close to a nice food cart pod and the Friendly Market. We were very pleased. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and cozy living room. One bedroom has a queen and the other has a king. There is a futon in the living room making this a rental for as many as 5. We will definitely look to rent this home again during our next trip to Eugene. ”

“I'm giving it 5 stars, but I do have suggestions/feedback for the rental company regarding the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces. The chairs, couch, tables, etc. were all fairly filthy and needed to be cleaned off before we could use them. Many of the cushions and pillows outside are stained and desperately need a cleaning or replacement. A power wash of the exterior would be great to really bring it up to snuff for a long term stay where these spaces will be used frequently. ”
