“The photos don't do this place justice. We were impressed from the moment we stepped inside. The studio was beautifully appointed, had every convenience available and plenty we hadn't even expected and it was romantic. We came to get away from the city and try the local wineries. “We have been to Stanthorpe yearly for the past 5 or 6 years at this time of year. We live on the Sunshine Coast and love that cool change in the weather in Stanthorpe. Starting a log fire and spending time with your partner...Wineries...Food...and the National Parks. We have stayed at numerous different places, but 31 The Rocks is the place to stay.... easily. Close to town, ($12 cab fare), so you can go out for dinner, and return to your Villa easily, and cost effectively. Nicci who owns and……

“A beautifully located home with smoke space and comfortable gathering places got all ages. Comfortably warm on a winters weekend. At the foothills of Mount Marlay and walking distance to town...yet felt like we were isolated from others as it was such a quiet neighbourhood. Thoughtfully renovated and will be beautiful when kitchen gets a freshen up.We enjoyed the games room, speakers thoughtfully placed for music and the ambience that night time brought with a backyard fire pit. “Lovely little cottage and very comfortable beds. Only 1 bedroom so would suit younger family unless you don’t mind sharing the space. Great base location as close to everything. We didn’t cook but had everything if you wanted to be self contained. Also great selection of games, books and DVD. No wifi so plan ahead with downloads if kids want to use iPads. Good opportunity to go device free.”
