“We came up to Agnes Water for the September school holidays and we were not disappointed we had great accommodation a five minute walk to the shops and another five to main beach. A five minute drive up to Seventeen Seventy where you can swim paddle board and go fishing. Thank you so much for our stay looking forward to coming back soon”

“This was by far the most amazing small getaway I've had! It's Close enough to town to experience Agnes water & 1770, but far enough away to experience pin drop silent nights under the stars. If you are the adventurous type & want to try off grid living, this is the perfect place. The couple that runs it are extremely friendly and took care of our every need. “We had the best 3 nights here with 2 surfing families. The location is epic, Graham Colyer drive has two public cut throughs which made the property super accessible to the beach and the shops on foot, skateboards or bikes. It’s far enough out of the hub that it provides a relaxed and peaceful retreat to return to after a day at the main beach. We utilised the track through Sandcastle’s Resort to access the beach for early morning surfs. The house itself has a relaxed beach vibe and quirky……
