“The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. “The only thing wrong was the card reader on the door didn’t work properly. When i first went to het into the room it took about 20 card slides for it to work. Then in the morning i went down for breakfast and it didn’t work at all so went back to the lobby and got new keys made, still didn’t work so went back down to the lobby and the frobtdesk staf came with me with his door reader and let me in. “The bed was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. The fridge and microwave were a nice addition to have and very clean. “Checkin was fine, Ron sent us a text with the necessary information. I would suggest an email be also sent for those foreign visitors who may not have a US calling plan. The room was as expected, very clean, modern, the bed was good and the room has a couch which was nice. Room 15 was very quiet. “This property exceeded my expectations. Plenty of room for our family and all the amenities we could ask for. There was even a garment steamer for my daughter’s wedding dress!! The kids had a great time in the downstairs game room and there was even a perfect space for the bride to have her hair and makeup done. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations!!”

“Took my family to Nephi for the state wrestling tournament. We stayed here at the request of my son because what kid (or kid at heart) doesn’t want to stay in an epic treehouse.
