“This property was excellent for our stay in Rock Hill to visit with family. It was very spacious and loved the outdoor decks! I will say the driveway is very steep, but nothing that cannot be managed. Very clean property and lovely neighborhood.”

“The property is quaint and comfortable. The location was perfect for me and my family. My biggest complaint is the bathroom has no way to recycle the air or window to open because there is no screen in the window. I live in an older home and my remedy to the absent air vent is the modern light/vent combo that, although there's no venting up and out of the house, it cycles the air in the room to eliminate odors and address moisture. They sell them at Menards or home depot. My only other issue,……

“The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time……

Seems like it was newly built or remodeled. Very modern. TP rating-9. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit my new grandson. ”

The home/property was beautiful and the area felt safe and private if you’re looking for privacy! It couldn’t have been better & we will definitely be back.
