Blossom Hill is a cozy casita right in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs. Built in 1890, Blossom Hill gives you modern victorian charm with the convenience of modern amenities, a boho/victorian vibe with a location you cant beat.
Listen to live music from surrounding businesses all from the comfort of the large front porch.
Walkable to all of downtown Eureka.

960 sq. ft.
Downstairs: Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom and Primary Bathroom

Living room with smart tv and faux fireplace.

Kitchen has a microwave, large toaster oven (fits 12” pizza) with air fryer capabilities, Keurig coffee maker and fridge. There is no cooktop or oven. Kitchen best suited for microwave/toaster oven meals or reheating items. Not meant for cooking large meals. Access to the kitchen is through the downstairs bedroom.

Primary bedroom has a king size bed, 2 person dining table. There is no door on the downstairs bedroom. Please see photos.

Primary bathroom access is through the downstairs bedroom. Contains shower/tub combo, sink and linen closet.

Upstairs: Secondary bedroom and half bathroom

Second bedroom - queen size bed, smart tv & coffee stand.

Secondary half bathroom has a toilet, sink, dressing table and standing mirror.

Outside: Wrap around porch has 2 seating areas, one is a bistro table to enjoy a meal outside and the other is a conversation area.

2 parking spaces are provided. One at the bottom of the hill that requires steep stairs to access and one to the left of the casita. Photos will be provided.

*There are two exterior security cameras on the property. One on the front porch (monitoring the front door) and one by the back door. The cameras are there for the security of the guests and the property when it's not being rented. Your privacy and safety is important to us*

The house was great for a week long stay. Being off the main drag in Eureka Springs means you are close to all the shopping and restaurants. It was pretty quiet during the week and even on the weekend, though there were a lot of people around, it was pretty quiet in the house.

We stayed 3 nights at this cute Victorian house on the hill, and it was just the right size for our short stay. Everything was clean and fresh, house rules were clearly stated, and there was information on fun things to do. There were even Keurigs and with pods on both levels. Location was perfect. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying here! Such a cute home, super close to shops and places to eat. We were able to leave our car at the house and walk to avoid paying for parking. Home was very clean and perfect for my family of 4. We will definitely try to stay here next time we are in Eureka Springs!

My wife and I had a really good stay. Families with kids should realize there is only one full bath, and you have to walk through the downstairs bedroom to get to the kitchen. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

My girlfriend searched far and wide for the right property for our stay in Eureka Springs. She landed on this beautiful property located very close to all the fun activities and great food to experience in Eureka Springs. This home was so comfortable and perfect for our stay! We loved it. The king size bed was perfect. Amenities, parking, quality, bathrooms, kitchen, comfort…. All were top notch. I would highly recommend staying in this home for your next trip here as it was perfect for us! Thank you for making this home so comfortable for our trip. My girl especially loved the attention to detail as we are both partners in real estate together and your ability to structure and think through the needs in a property was very impressive!!! This was the cutest home to stay at. Perfect for 4 people and location was the best! You can walk into town and shop or eat without worrying about Parking. Also perfect little porch to sit and have evening drinks and listening to the local bands playing near by or to have your morning coffee.

Great location but was a bit noise Saturday night being so close the a bar but noise did not last long. Good parking spots for two vehicles. Great to have one big bedroom downstairs for our daughter and son-in-law to use with enough room for a port a crib for our granddaughter.

We had the best time here! There were four of us and had plenty of room and privacy. The location is unbeatable and offers two parking spots and a great porch. We were able to park and walk everywhere. One block away from coffee, food, shopping, and everything else you may need. The house was super clean and simple to check in and out. We will definitely be back!

This property was great! Exceeded every expectation. Location couldn’t be better, the porch was wonderful for viewing Eureka, the interior decor was beyond charming. Having an owner host will spoil you with excellent communication and amenities upon arrival. Wish I could have given six or seven stars.

This property is excellent and located within walking distance of everything downtown. The inside is more significant than I thought it was going to be. Everything is updated and clean. I loved the decorations, furniture, and extra amenities. The second floor was perfect for our teenage daughters. We loved this place and would recommend it to friends and family!
